What to Expect to provide the maximum range of health benefits, your therapist requires direct, hands-on access to the muscle groups of your body. For your comfort and modesty, you will be properly draped at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed. However, if being undressed makes you uncomfortable, you may of course wear whatever clothing is necessary to maintain your complete peace of mind.Please feel free to discuss questions or concerns pertaining to your massage session with your therapist. If during the massage, you would like anything changed, such as the pressure of the massage, or the areas being worked on, please let the therapist know, so that you can receive the most benefit from the massage. Since toxins are released from your soft tissues during a massage, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water following your massage.
